Recent releases of this Pinot Noir Rosé from Mudgee's Huntington Estate have hit the mark and this 2025 is no different. Get around it this spring and summer.
The colour nails the brief, and as the label suggests, this is bone dry. White cherries, red currants, rhubarb and the white bit of the strawberry all fold into one another with ease. Some tweaks have been made in the winery in recent times to discover the sweet spot for this style and the result is delicious deluxe. Red fruits gently tap away through the mouth with a creamy undercurrent that pins all elements together. A red apple crunch on close is the icing on the cake. Great stuff! Pour me a large glass, please.
