Take a breath and dive deep into barbecued peach, flint, struck match, butter cream, brioche, nougat and caramel fudge. Cashews add further interest along with custard powder and a thrilling yellow grapefruit acidity. What impresses is the delicacy, yet its veins run deep. Incredibly moreish, big love for this.
