Josef Chromy Riesling 2016

I'm yet to find a dud Tassie Riesling. This bone dry example from Josef Chromy ticks all the boxes - another reliable wine.

Enticing aromas of jasmine and limes.  A little chalky with a minerally drive. Citrus muscles forward late and apple sours on a long finish. Cleansing acidity makes the mouth water. A great refreshing drink all up.

Drink now to eight years.
