Soumah Cabernet d'Soumah 2017

A Cabernet overflowing with herby influences.

Scents of green capsicum, snow pea shells, fresh cut herbs and blackcurrant.

Some black jubes flank cassis and blackberries. Some tension in the mouth reigns in the youthful fruit. Drying chalky tannins close the show. Roasted meats the go here.

Drink now to five years.
