Pretty red flowers, dark cherries, red plums and a flash of blackberries swoon with dusty and minerally feels. The fruit slowly washes through before the savoury highlights take the reigns. Quite earthy, it is drying as moisture is slowly sapped from the mouth. Fine spices and game features large and the weight helps the finish push through that little bit longer. There is no denying the enjoyment factor. After a long work week, this is you, a comfy spot on the lounge with a large pour or two. Winning!
