Sourced from one of the coldest sites in the Adelaide Hills, this is highlighted by a minerally drive. Tight green apples edging on apple sours, little white flowers, cut pears and white fleshed nectarines all build interest. Add a touch of elderflower and some lemon juice tang and you have a pretty tidy package. Fine ginger spices coil around the mouth on close offering a delightful appeal with green tea like tannins. Great stuff.
