A simple Riesling from Earthworks that will do the job alongside a spicy dish.
Lemon and lime sorbet and lemon sherbet hit hard on the front to mid palate but everything thins out and turns to water out the back. The acid has some good shape but I'd like to see the flavour profile have more follow through.
