2022 is a great year for Riesling and this release from Miss Zilm just sizzles.
It's precise and draws you closer. The acid is crisp and well handled - green apple like. Chalky with bath bomb perfume, lime juice and lemon sorbet tease with a river stone minerality purring throughout. Quite lovely in every way. Drink more Riesling!
Drink now but will age over the long term.
