Planted in 2018, it's only early days but the future looks promising. Kristalwyn is the Africaans spelling of the variety.
A delightful, easy-going fizz, this is all pears and almonds with a soft creaminess. Its fine textural presence keeps you coming back for more. There is a good refreshment factor about its swagger, that's for sure. Hillsdale Estate does not have a cellar door but you can track it down online, at the Sunshine Brewery or Farm 2 Fork Collective.Drink now.
