Quite aromatic, it shows limes and coconut aromas with a delicate complexity. Taste it neat, then on the rocks, then add a garnish of lime peel or star anise and let your senses go on quite the adventure. Add tonic then taste again and you have nailed G&T o’clock. A big tick from me.
