The label suggests to serve with white fish and a cream sauce. Bugger that. Find me a shady spot under a tree, a comfy recliner and a big glass of this Head Wines Riesling. Winning!
Sourced from the Eden Valley, it possesses a refined and polished presence. A bouquet of white flowers and little white field flowers leap from the glass seeking an embrace. Granny Smith apples, lemon juice with a hint of pear flesh build interest and up the pleasure factor. Wonderfully textural, those fine chalk and powdery feels are brushed on ever so finely. Bone dry and dangerously moreish, large pours are a must.
