Made with 30% whole bunches, it saw large format French oak for 10 months.
The fruit presence is delicate yet it digs in and shows some depth. Bright red cherries and strawberries fly the flag with sour cherries and red plums on their tail. Fine woodsy spices, tilled earth, mushrooms and truffles - layers of interest peel off with ease. Long and persistent, this is brilliant for $48. Go here.
