This Kosciuszko Pinot Noir is sourced from Tumbarumba. A wine with some density and a blanket of warmth, it's best for a cool night to give your insides a cuddle.
Expected vibrant red fruits have been swapped for stewed berries, some plums, dark cherries and scents of pine needles. An earthy drive with baking spices that are firm, however, there is a warmth that just swarms the mouth and lingers for some time. Over a few days of tasting, that warmth didn't burn off. Best with food perhaps?
Drink to five years.
