Sourced from a range of Blewitt Springs sites all of which are 50+ years old, some whole bunches were used in the ferment and their presence is telling. Scents of raspberries, raspberry coulis, rose petals and red petals diffuse from the glass and deliver a pretty and evocative introduction. Cherries, mulberries and boysenberries consume the mouth with a flash of beef jus late. There is an unmistakable vibrance and agility to its shape and flow ensuring that the contents of the glass evaporate sooner than expected. Best enjoyed in the near future to embrace its fresh persona.
