The planting of drought-tolerant varieties, 100% recycling of winery waste water, the use of light weight bottles and the focus on a biodiverse vineyard are only a few of the steps taken to fulfil this intent.
It's a wine with a good core of clean fruit with a flavour kick highlighted by cherries, blueberries, dark berries and ribbons of spice curling around the mouth. Some raspberry rope and chocolate tuck in behind but hitch a ride on the persistent finish. It's good stuff.
