Verdelho is the battler's prince of sorts. It keeps fighting the good fight but doesn't really go that next step. This Tamburlaine Organic Wines Reserve Verdelho goes alright without beating the door down.
It kicks off well enough with musk and orange blossom aromas but things flatten out in the mouth. Cinnamon spices, baked apple some melon and white fleshed stone fruit are the main players but mingle at ease. It's a simple drink of sorts, and mind you, some would appreciate the simplicity and that's okay too.
