It's a wine with really good bones, but it doesn't flow through to the back palate as much as I hoped. Inviting aromas of cherry colas, mint pattie, red petals and blackberry buds build intrigue. The quality of the making cannot be disputed, as these flow through to the abundant flavour profile. Blackberries are the life of the party as dusty tannins sweep through on close. More fruit-forward than its predecessor, I feel a touch more concentration on the back palate would elevate this further.
