My interest was piqued from the first whiff. Choc mint, Bay leaf and green olives deliver the savoury joy on a platter. Blackberries and blackcurrant paste coat the mid-palate as drying, puckering tannins roll in on an elongated finish. For 28 bucks, you're doing very well here with this highly enjoyable Cabernet that punches above its price point.
