Black fruits, mulberries, soft spices, aniseed, dried herbs and faint mint aromas build an appealing and engaging opening that cascade with ease to the palate. Add black cherries, puffs of earth, dark chocolate and an array of fine spices to build a wine of detail, interest and seamless flow. It tenses up on close, even after three days of tasting, pointing to a long future ahead. Decant to drink now or hold. Bravo!
