It's a solid drink without being anything spectacular, and that's okay. Red currants, watermelon husk, blackberry buds and rhubarb get my attention. A sliver of orange peel slides in late. Softly spiced and carrying a little weight on its frame makes for an ideal food wine. Nicely done - tick!
