Brimoncourt Champagne Extra Brut NV

An 80/20 blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this was delicious and certainly a Champagne to savour.

Aromas of sour dough, brioche and subtle cashews kick things off. Bone dry with only 2g/L dosage, grapefruit like acidity adds to the expansive and creamy delivery with a swathe of lemony citrus goodness. Expressive and generous, the mouth is coated superbly leaving behind a length which lasts for days. Superb.

Imported into Australia by Melbourne's Pinot Now.
