A Yarra Valley Cabernet that improved over a few days of tasting.
Medium-bodied but feeling a little weighed down, black fruits hold the focus with some pan juices sweeping through. Softly spiced with a long drive, some cedar and a little clove raise their hand. Not as graceful as previous vintages, it leaves a drying and dusty tannin in its wake.
Drink to eight years.
