But if you seek flavour, jog on from this Sauv Blanc. This is a Sauv that has more fruit than herby characteristics, but then, the fruit profile is very lean. Green melon, watery pear and some tropical highlights but not much more. There is a hint of spice to close, but in all, it's not one I'd recommend.
