Scents of musk spill from the glass early on. Dripping with cut pear and white fleshed stonefruit, delicate spices peel off with ease. Ginger and cinnamon highlights compliment flickers of star anise. The mouth is coated lusciously. Poached pears sit at the core and reach long. A fabulous wine to sip slow and enjoy with some pork on your fork.
