Oak shows its hand on opening with cedar highlights. Tar, leather, fistfuls of black fruits and some mint open the account. Great colour in the glass, that savoury profile shimmers throughout with choc mint striding out in front. The fruit ticks along without any great zeal but there's is enough there to please. A little firm to finish with blackcurrants and peppery spices having the last say. It gets a tick.
