A good Chardy to throw at a roast chook.
This is a belated (brief) note from the Coonawarra Roadshow tasting.
It's all lemons and white peaches. Some good oak (17% new) but the highlight would be the full and generous mouthfeel without being overpowering - eleven months on lees contributed to that. A wash of almonds and raw cashews slips through late. It's good gear.Drink to five years+
