Hesketh Twist of Fate Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Tense and puckering, but for the money, I like the flow. An easy-going camping wine for fifteen bucks from Hesketh.

It saw second use French oak for nine months so there is not too much oak influence. Ripe black fruits and cassis do the hard yards with some leafiness, black olives, earth and char playing secondary roles. With a respectable length, yeah, it goes well for the money. Tick.

Drink to three years.
