This is quite a lovely drink. From the Lacey Vineyard in McLaren Vale, attractive aromas and the detailed textural appeal make this a delicious Fiano to savour.
Brine and the curious scent of steamed rice early move to white flowers and white nectarine plus the squeeze of a lemon. That stonefruit theme looms large through the mouth with some pie apple riding on its tail. That grip teases yet it's a wine that slides through with ease. That mouthfeel offers enough traction to invite a waltz with some salmon or white fleshed fish. Great stuff.
