Dense plums and blackberries with some dark chocolate for good measure, it possesses good weight and balance. Fleshy early on, it shifts to dry and puckering. Dried herbs, tobacco, dark chocolate, char and fine spices drive nicely to close. Good stuff, it is a wine I'd happily recommend.
