A blend of the Dairy Hill Vineyard and Black Cluster Vineyard, juicy limes and lime zest reign supreme. Some underripe green apple and phenolic grip add interest. That tang and racy appeal bound along. Almost water clear in the glass, the whip-crack of acidity cleanses the mouth. If fresh seafood isn't your go, this would be perfect with something battered - tempura prawns, please!
