Seeing 30% new French oak for 14 months, it is layered with cured meat, red and dark berries plus some charred steak nuances. Add flickers of dark chocolate and some earthiness that are parcelled up by cocoa like tannins and you have quite a package to embrace. Really tasty stuff, this is an easy wine to recommend.
