Oliver's Taranga Chica Mencia has forged its way to being a reliable drink since its inception. Sunsets surrounded by those who laugh a lot are calling once again.
It's not as textural nor layered as previous releases, but the bones are there for a good drink. The simplicity on this occasion isn't a detractor by any means.
White cherries, flashes of orange peel, watermelon husk and apricot kernel make the moves early. The rose gold appearance catches the eye as red apples drive through the core with some white fleshed nectarines. Bone dry with a high slurp factor, this is a drink I'd happily recommend.
Drink now.
