Summertime drinking comes easy with a vibrant Vermentino like this from Oliver's Taranga in your glass.
Fresh tangy lemons launch from the glass with some lime juice sliding in underneath. There is a sherbety tang for days, ably supported by seaspray and a little saltiness for good measure. A curious rubber note was faint early and pulled this back a notch but it moved on in the days that followed. Drink with sunshine, sand between your toes and a bucket of fresh seafood.
