A wine I felt I kept leaning into the longer it was open, it was glistening on the second and third day of tasting. This is an excellent Malbec from Tamburlaine.
Barrel fermented in new and one year old French oak, aromas of red berries and grilled capsicum kick things off. Juicy black fruits, red plums and sour cherries flow with ease. Blueberries rise up with time and an array of fine spices curl around the mouth. Bright acidity shows good form and plump tannins are drying leaving a talc like presence in their wake. It's a really smart wine.
