What a delight this is. Bright, juicy and silky smooth, it's another fabulous Diletti Pinot Noir from Castle Rock Estate.
Dark cherries and dried cherries join layers of savoury interest - think dried leaves, black tea, exotic spices and dusty earth. It's well weighted with good density and flavour that is painted evenly across the palate. The tannins draw a long and moreish finish drying out ever so slowly with the cherry fruit having a second coming along with some woodsy/earthy spices to lead you out the door. Beautiful drinking. Come at me.
