Something very different to your usual rum, this Pineapple Rum from Eureka Distilling is made from pineapple molasses and it certainly makes a statement.
Aged in bourbon barrels, layers of interest roll out the welcome mat courtesy of the expected pineapple along with barbecued pineapple, caramel, five spice and roasted coconut. Its silky texture elevates the pleasure factor before some mouth warmth builds on a drying finish. A genius mixologist would have a field day making this the centrepiece for a killer cocktail.
