Wonderfully expressive, this Cabernet walks with a cool swagger highlighted by blackberries, black currants, roasted capsicum, dark chocolate, tomato leaf and pizza sauce. Varietal bay leaf, black olive and tobacco play secondary roles with thyme, basil and sage sliding in adding a neat herbal touch. Fine powdery tannins seal the deal - gimme more kinda material.
