It's alive with poached pears and canned pear juice, pie apple and drops of lemon juice. Some lemon myrtle and a band of creaminess ripples through with a ever so subtle nuttiness leaving a Mediterranean tonic feel in its wake. Find the sunshine and a lunch buddy or two.
