A vintage Sparkling Rosé from Levantine Hill, this 2017 has had extended time on lees to develop an engaging textural interest. A smart drink, it's not hard to enjoy a glass or two.
This is 100% Pinot Noir that was blended from three Levantine Hill sites and it spent six years on lees. Dry, a green tea texture is a feature. Pretty scents of orange peel, distinct Campari and strawberry notes flow through to the palate that offers pomegranates and red currants. Long, well weighted and with a driving acidity, this is a great drink.
