There’s an attractive blend of fruit, spice and savoury delight here, with measured density giving the palate some drive while a lovely perfume lift has you leaning closer. Blueberries, raspberries and plums provide the fruit core, joined by spice, peppered steak and a dark chocolate brownie richness. A whisper of cocoa adds another layer of interest. What I like most is the balance. It has enough going on to keep you interested, but never feels like it’s trying too hard.
