Huntington Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 2026

Mudgee is not Pinot Noir country, but damn, it makes a cracking Rosé in the right hands. This Huntington Estate expression is a ripper. Come at me sunny days.

White cherries, strawberries, raspberries and red currants spill across the palate, joined by watermelon husk and a satisfying crunch of red apple. There’s a subtle whisper of spice adding a little intrigue, while precise acidity gives the fruit plenty of drive and flavour. Bone dry and wonderfully refreshing, this is Rosé that knows exactly where it wants to go. There’s energy, yet it walks with a sense of purpose. The fruit never feels sweet or cumbersome. A delicious wine armed and ready for spring and summer. Pour it with lunch, take it to the picnic or simply keep a bottle chilled for those warmer afternoons. Just quietly, I reckon this would make a super-refreshing slushy. Winning!
