Organically farmed, there is plenty of depth but it's not weighty. Slick and silky, dark plums and dark cherries and flanked by pan juices, dancy delicate spices and some mushroom compost. An earthiness cruises through the mid-palate adding another level of interest before grippy, drying cocoa tannins ride out to a sustained finish. I'll have a glass thanks. No, make it two.
