Levantine Hill Blanc de Blanc 2016

This is a great fizz from Levantine Hill. Classy stuff, I can't help but feel fancy with this in the glass. It offers yet another reason to support local rather than those mass produced Frenchies.

Peel back layers of interest led by cashews and brioche. Nougat and white stonefruits move to biscuity feels and a lemony tang. A fine bead launches itself to the top of the glass adding to its appeal. Long and deliciously textural, another glass please.

Drink now to five years.
