Dark fruit driven with a helping hand from red plums, this is spicy with savoury interest headed by black pepper, woodsy spices, black tea and mouth-sapping tannins. A ripple of meatiness comes late but give this some time to show its best. Tasting this over two days allowed for that. It's good gear.
