A blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir, this is glistening with rhubarb, bright red cherries and watermelon husk before strawberries and a whisper of mandarin peel add fine detail. A fine sheet of creaminess coats the mouth and rolls out to a moreish finish. Dry, chalky and sprinkled with fine spices, there is some red apple crunch factor on close for the win - yum! A large pour for me, please.
