Swirl the glass to release rockmelon and green mango aromas that flow through to the mouth. A good squeeze of lemon juice rides the waves with some roasted pine nuts and raw cashews adding complexity. Add layers of custard powder with a lemon sherbet tang and lemony acid to close. It's a thumbs up from me.
