Spinifex Riesling 2022

I haven't seen a Spinifex wine for some time so when I was hosted at Artisans of the Barossa recently and offered a glass of this Riesling I jumped at it. Great stuff this.

With over 100 wines for sale and a tasting list that changes monthly from eight producers, Artisans offers a great snapshot of the Barossa.

A quick look before diving into some lunch... This Riesling is concentrated with limes and lime pith. Plenty of the Bickford's lime cordial, that's for sure. With a great line of acidity, there is a real focus here. Bone dry, it's long and refreshing. Big love. 

Drink now but will age beyond eight years.
