Lemon sherbet and white-fleshed nectarines rush for your favour before the complexity reigns supreme. Long and focused, ginger and cinnamon spices sizzle on a persistent and considered finish. Ruby grapefruit adds sass with the hum of creamy oak bringing some whipped butter with it. The acid has great focus and that citrusy tang rides long. As all this plays out, a ribbon of flinty delight weaves its way through - yum! A fabulous wine that is really enjoyable with layers of detail for the win. Great stuff.
