Honeysuckle and pears steer the ship here. From a tough year due to its warmth and a few heatwaves, Fiano has a knack of holding its acidity. Scents of white flowers add prettiness with an attractive textural presences before a deft rub of ginger spice on close puts the icing on the cake. Delicious.
