Well, this made me take a step back and lurch forward once again. If you dig GSM blends, this is pretty damn good.
There's some sweet fruit coupled with ripe fruit but it all seems to knock itself together quite well. Dark berries and raspberries, black earth, some sweet aromas of red flowers and caramel too. Cloves seem to take cover in the distance with cedar moving closer the more time it gets, but it's the red and black fruits that keep me coming back. A feathering of smoke and bacon hock with the addition of baking type spices to close and I reckon this goes very well. Long night and deep conversation kinda wine.
